A: How far is the hotel from the centre of Taormina?

A: The hotel is only a 15-minute walk to the centre and famous Corso Umberto.

B: How far is the hotel from the sea?

B: The hotel is 2kms from the sea, Isola Bella, Mazzarò and Spisone.

C: What time is check-in and check-out?

C: You can check-in after 14.00. You must check-out before 11.00. However, our guests can leave their baggage in reception.

D: Can I check-in if I arrive late in the evening? What language is spoken in Reception?

D: Yes, our Reception is open 24 hours a day and we speak Italian, English, French and German.

E: Can payment be made by credit card?

E: Yes, we accept payment by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Jcb, Bancomat.

F: Can I cancel my booking?

F: Yes, it is possible to cancel your booking with no cost/debit up to 48 hours before date of arrival. In the case of cancellation after this, or non-arrival, just the cost of one night will be debited.

G: What time is breakfast? Is it possible to have breakfast in the bedroom?

G: Breakfast is from 07.30 to 10.00. Breakfast in your room can be requested, at no extra cost.

H: Has the hotel got a car park?

H: Yes, the hotel has a free car park inside its grounds.

I: Yes, the hotel has got a free internet workspace.

L: Can excursions be booked?

L: Yes, our staff are at your disposition for booking and advising on any excursions around the Taormina area.
